Handling of personal data
Personal data is all information relating to an identifiable natural person, such as, name, address, phone number and e-mail address. When you leave your personal information to MBK, we want you to know that that processing of personal data is in accordance with the provisions of the Swedish Integrity Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which entered into force in the EU in May 2018.
The disclosure of personal data that you provide to us by filling out a contact form, an e-mail or by verbal, to the extent required to comply with the agreement. We use the data in order to process your requests and/or for communication such as offers, invoicing or other important information. The data will not be transferred to third parties with the exception for when we from time to time use third parties to perform such communication on our behalf and then only to be used for that specific communication.
How long is your personal data saved?
We store your personal information in principle as long as the provision of our services requires or if we believe there is a legitimate interest in additional storage.
Your rights
You are entitled to receive information about the personal data stored with us about you. In addition, under the statutory terms, you may request correction of incorrect data, data limitation or deletion of your personal data. You are also entitled to object to the treatment based on a balance of interest. As regards the treatment based on a contractual relationship between us, you are entitled to request the data transferred to another personal data controller (data portability).
Security
We ensure that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access or destruction, illegal treatment or accidental loss or damage. We use secure servers where your personal information is processed and limit the access to personal data within the organisation. Authorisation for access to personal data is given only to individuals within the organisation, as well as to the Personal Data Council, for the sole purpose of carrying out their duties.

This policy was last updated 20 July 2021. If we change anything in our policy we will update the information on this page. MBK reserves the right to update this statement from time to time without prior notice.
